If You are in an Accident

Fill out the accident forms completely and accurately. Get all necessary information from any other drivers and passengers. Report the name and address of every person in the other auto(s), including those who were not apparently injured. If you have a camera in your car, take snapshots of the accident scene as well as the damage to each vehicle involved in the loss.

If you have reason to believe that anyone involved in your motor vehicle accident or your insurance claim has committed fraud, Massachusetts policyholders should call the Insurance Fraud Bureau Hotline at 1-(800) 32-FRAUD or 1-(800) 323-7283.

For New Hampshire policyholders, report any suspected fraudulent activity to the New Hampshire Insurance Fraud Unit at 1-(800) 852-3416.
