We want you to know we are here to help, and Safety has taken actions that address the health and well-being of our employees while still serving the needs of our customers. 

As daily routines change, you’ll need easy ways to work with us. Take a moment to review our self-service tools available for you to access online at SafetyInsurance.com or through our Safety Mobile App.

  • Bill Pay – Make payments through My Account, Pay as Guest, Safety Mobile using a credit card, debit card or check. Submitting your payment electronically will be the fastest and easiest method of processing.
  • Report a Claim – Available 24/7 including on-line at SafetyInsurance.com, Safety Mobile, and via phone at 800-951-2100.
  • Safety Quick Estimate – In the event of an auto accident, your Safety claims adjuster will text message you a link to our Quick Estimate App where you can take pictures of your damaged vehicle and submit for an electronic appraisal to be completed. * Some restrictions apply
  • My Account – Log in or create a new account to view a summary of your policies, pay your bill on-line, report a claim or view your claim status.

Safety agents are invested in your community and we’re working with them to ensure continuity in serving you. Billing representatives will be available until 7pm.

The vast majority of our employees are working from home and Safety is open for business and all departments remain fully functional.
